1) Linear System with single screw capping unit which can be adjusted vertically for various
sized bottles.
2) Containers carried out of the filling unit or the ones put manually moves on the conveyor
band and arrives at the capping machine.Caps are put manually by the operator.Photocell
sees the bottle and closing apparatus performs closing.Capped containers are brought on the
conveyor of the labeling unit.This process is repeated continuously.
3) Cap types It can close : Plastic Screw Caps and trigger caps ( for flat bottles )
4) Operation system : Electro-pneumatic.
5) Materials used in the production of the machine :
Covers of the cabinet / chassis are made of SS AISI 304.
Capping head has two air motors made in Turkey.
6) Capacity of the machine : around 3.000 – 3.500 pcs / hour – Compatible with the filling
machine with speed adjustment.
7) Conveyor of Capping unit : 3 meters x 82 mm with speed adjustment controlled by
inverter.
8) Bottle separator : By a turning disc driven by electric motor with gearbox
9) Necesssities : 6 bars compressed air and 380 V 3-Phase Electricity Power : ~1 KW
10) Dimensions : 800 x 800 x 1800 mm.
Height of capping head : 830 mm.

10 Head Linear Filling, Capping and Labeling Line :

FILLING UNIT :
1) DL10 filling machine is fully automatic and made of Stainless Steel.
2) Its system is volumetric and has 10 volumetric pistons.
3) Products it can fill : Liquid and semi- liquid products like dish washing liquid, liquid hand soap, mouth wash, etc..
4) Working principle : Containers to be filled are fed on conveyor belt by the operator.The machine primes the
product directly from its feeding tank positioned on top of it, adjust the volume and performs filling inside the 10 containers carried under its 10 nozzles.After these 10 containers are
filled, they move forward and other 10 containers are carried under the nozzles and it goes on like this.
5) Filling range : The machine fills all the volumes between 0,2 liter to 1 liters.
6) Accuracy : +-1% for homogeneous products in constant air pressure ( 8 bars-750lt/min ) and constant temperature.
7) Feeding Tank ( Hopper ) of the machine : Made of Stainless Steel with 100 – 120 liter positioned on the back upper side of the filling
machine.It has an automatic level control system.When the tank is full, inlet valf is closed
automatically and the product feeding pump is stopped / started automatically.
8) Filling Nozzles : It has 10 diving nozzles which are made of Stainless Steel and can be adjusted for various sized containers.
9) Volume adjustment of the machine : It is very easy to adjust the filling volume by PLC touch screen.It takes only one button-press on the product name which is adjusted and saved previously.
10) Materials used in the production of the machine :
All the parts that the product is in contact with and covers of the cabinet / chassis are made of Stainless Steel ( AISI 304 / AISI 316 )
11) Capacity of the machine : In constant air pressure ( 8 bars-750lt/min ), 2.000 bph
Note : Capacity is dependent on the nature of the product.
12) Conveyor of the machine : There is a 5 meter long conveyor belt on the filling machine, whose external parts are all of Stainless Steel.It is possible to speed up and slow down the conveyor on the touch screen.
13) Necessities : The machine needs 8 bars of compressed air and 380 V electricity.

ROTATIVE CAPPING MACHINE:

capping machine.Caps are put manually or optionally automatically by the vibration cap
sorting unit.Photocell sees the bottle and closing apparatus performs closing.Capped
containers are brought on the conveyor of the labeling unit.This process is repeated
continuously.
4) Cap types It can close : Plastic Screw Caps, pump caps, press on caps.
5) Operation system : Mechanical and Electro-pneumatical.
6) Materials used in the production of the machine :
Covers of the cabinet / chassis are made of SS.
7) Capacity of the machine : Compatible with the filling machine with speed adjustment.
