Product Spacing System:

The spacing system is used to separate the products (Bottels , jars , Containers , Box, etc.) before the labeling position, where the products fed to the conveyor belt without spacing or arriving from filling line shoulder to shoulder. The system is motor – reducer driven and speed adjustable by inverter and external potentiometer. Adjustable for different sized products by ratchet handle. Speed adjustment helps to space the products as much as required.

Wrap-around belt :

Is used to wrap-around the label onto the cylindrical products (Bottels , jars , Containers , Box, etc.) the produsts are rotorated in between aside belt and afixed sponge covered plate while lable is dispensed by labelling head . The wrap-around belt is height adjustable by hand wheel according to product height and position of lable . the wrap-aound belt is motor- reducer driven and speed adjustable by inverter and external potentiometer .
